  • How are emails sorted in YouniQ?
    Emails are sorted in the following way: 1. Newsletters 2. Offers 3. Confirmation emails & Receipts. You can find them in the Accounts section, Shopping section and Wallet section respectively.
  • How can I delete my YouniQ account?
    To delete your account, go on Settings -> Personal information -> Master email, then click on "Delete my YOUNIQ". You will need to type DELETE to permanently delete your account. All emails will move back to your inbox and YouniQ folders will be eliminated.
  • How can I enter the Edit Mode?
    Tap & hold on any brand to enter the Edit Mode
  • Can I change the order of the categories?
    Yes, enter the Edit Mode and drag & drop the name of category above or below the other categories
  • Can I change the order of the brands inside a category?
    Yes, enter the Edit Mode and drag & drop the brand where you prefer
  • Can I rename a category?
    Yes, enter the Edit Mode and tap on the pen icon next to the category name to rename it
  • Can I create a new/custom category?
    Yes, enter the Edit Mode and drag & drop a brand on top of another one to create a new/custom category
  • I don’t want a specific brand to be treated inside YouniQ. How can I keep it in my inbox?
    Enter the Edit Mode and tap the brand you want to keep outside YouniQ in order to disable it. The brand will turn black & white, which means that emails coming from that brand won’t be treated by YouniQ and will remain in your inbox. Once you exit edit mode the brand won’t be visible, but if you change your mind you can re-enable it by tapping in Edit Mode
  • Can I turn off notifications from a specific brand?
    Yes, tap on a brand and deselect “Notifications”. You won’t be notified when receiving new offers or confirmation/receipt emails.
  • Can I unsubscribe from all newsletters of a specific brand?
    In this first YouniQ version, you can block the newsletters from a specific brand. Simply tap on the brand and deselect “Newsletters”. All the emails coming from that brand won't be displayed in YouniQ. In your inbox, they will be moved from the “Main” folder to the “Blocked” folder
  • How can I check my newsletters?
    Tap on a brand and then tap on the message icon on the top right corner to access newsletters from that brand. You can mark them as read or archive them. If you archive them, they will be moved from the “Main” folder to the “Hidden” folder inside your inbox.
  • Can I add multiple email addresses?
    In this version of YouniQ, you have to create a second YouniQ account to add your second email. However in future releases, you will be able to see both of your emails on the same screen by tapping on the + button on the top left corner of your screen.
  • Can I change the name or order of che categories?
    No, the categories in the Shopping section are fixed, you can’t edit them. This is because our algorithms need to place the offers you receive in the correct category in order to provide you with the best possible service. Therefore, categories in the Shopping section won’t reflect the changes you have made in the Accounts section
  • How can I buy an offer from the Shopping section?
    Offers are displayed just as they would be displayed in your inbox, so just click on the offer inside the email to be redirected to the brand’s website
  • Can I share an offer with a friend?
    Yes, you can that in 2 ways: 1. Share it within the app by selecting the person in your YouniQ contacts 2. Share it through other platforms such as whatsapp, facebook and other social medias
  • Can I share a confirmation email or receipt with a friend?
    Yes, you can that in 2 ways: 1. Share it within the app by selecting the person in your YouniQ contacts 2. Share it through other platforms such as whatsapp, facebook and other social medias
